Murata provides fiber optic connectors, RF connectors, coaxial connectors, terminal blocks, and related connectivity components and services. All product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from actual products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Murata reserves the right to decline any order. Payment terms will be established at the time of order confirmation. Standard payment terms are Net 30 for approved credit accounts. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Murata is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund. Custom-engineered products are non-returnable unless defective. Murata warrants products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
Murata's liability for any claim arising from products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Murata be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
